Refund/Return Policy

At Baby & Kids Essentials we take great pride in our products, and hope you are satisfied and delighted with your purchase or gift from us, if for any reason you not happy with your purchase, you may return it, please see return instructions below.


Return Instructions

  • We can only guarantee the return of new, unused, unwashed items in their original condition/packaging. Items must include original tags and packaging (if applicable).

  • For returns please send us an email at [email protected] or you can fill out our contact us form or simply give us a call via phone, 1 (868) 753-3376. Please note that our phone hours are Monday – Friday 9am-4pm. You can send email or fill out the online form at anytime, we will do our best to respond within 24hrs.

  • Return requests must be made within 7 days of purchased date or within 7 days of received date for online orders not exceeding 14days of the shipped date.

  • All returns must be post marked and shipped back to us within the 7 days of your received/delivered date not exceeding the 14days of shipped date.

  • If a coupon code was used for a discount and/or there was free merchandise added to your order, upon return if your order now falls below the minimum order or dollar threshold required to receive the free merchandise, the free merchandise must be returned unwashed/unused in original packaging or the value of the free merchandise will be deducted from your refund. If a discount was used, it will also be deducted from your refunded amount.

  • If your order was shipped with free shipping, the original shipping costs will be deducted. Returns for store credit will not incur any deduction for the original shipping costs.

  • Please note that Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer. If you are not within our delivery areas where we can facilitate a pick up you can send your return via TTPOST, we recommend that you purchase tracking/delivery confirmation or use TTPOST Courier/TRAK PAK to ensure that your package is delivered to us. Baby & Kids Essentials is not responsible for lost, damaged, or undelivered packages.

  • Please note a 15% restocking fee and return shipping cost if applicable will be deduced.

  • Once we receive the returned item and it is in a returnable condition, refund will be made via cheque or in the same method as payment.

  • All gift returns or gift card purchases we be given store credit only; no cash refund will be available for this type of return.

  • We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. These items when returned will be exchanged or replaced. No fees will be applied.

  • Processing may take up to 5 business days.


Return Exceptions

Due to the very personal nature of some of the products we sell, and for safety of our customers, the following type of products may not be returned for any reason:

  • Creams, lotions, salves, soaps, body wash, sunscreen, nursing products.

  • Hygiene Products

  • Skin care, conditioner, shampoos, body oils, and other products that may be contaminated upon opening a product.

  • Items discounted for Final Sale, Seconds, or clearance items cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • post maternity recovery items for example: belly bands, panties. If your item is defective you may contact us for replacement.

  • Trade show or expo purchase may NOT be returned

  • Anything not in original packaging

We want you to be confident that when you purchase an item from us it has never been opened or used by another customer.
